Shipping

Shipping within the Continental United States is FREE via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses are based on weight and are displayed during the checkout process. We ship to the United States (including FPO, APO, PR), Canada, United Kingdon, Australia and New Zealand.  All available shipping methods and costs are displayed during the checkout process.

All stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order (on normal business days). You will be notified via email of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise, or have a back-order entered at that time. All shipments are sent at our sole discretion via USPS or UPS ground, depending on type and weight of merchandise, and your location. Other shipping options are available for additional cost, please see pricing for these delivery methods during checkout.

For your protection, the billing and shipping address you provide must match the address on file with your credit card company.

If for any reason a package is returned to us UNDELIVERABLE for any error other than our own, you will have the option of having the package shipped to the correct address at the customers expense (NO free shipping) or having the cost of the item refunded minus the original cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Please ensure that you have provided your COMPLETE and ACCURATE shipping address (including apartment numbers and correct zip codes). Bad/corrected addresses are subject to a $5 charge directly to your credit card. Your use of our system is acceptance of our policies.

All items are shipped from our location in Canonsburg, PA (Pittsburgh, PA). Once an item is given to the shipping company for delivery, all responsibility for that packages also passes to the buyer and the shipping company. We do not guarantee delivery of any package once it leaves our location. Complaints must be made directly with the shipping company. We will be happy to provide you with as much detail as possible to assist in locating your package.

It is the buyers responsibility to know import regulations for his/her country of residence.  Items that are confiscated by customs are not eligible for refund.  Products returned to us by customs are eligible for refund of product cost only (no refunds of shipping charges).  Return shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund as well.  International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or AirMail (UK, Australia and most other countries), Airmail or UPS Standard Ground to Canada.  Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Most countries prohibit the importation of quantities greater than a 3 month supply.  Insurance is HIGHLY recommended.  International delivery can take 2-3 weeks depending on your country's customs and mail system.  Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for postal shipments to Canada.  Canadian customs and Canada Post are extremely slow.

Insurance

Insurance is offered for a minimal fee and will protect the buyer in case of damage or lost items in transit. For customers ordering items totaling less than $199.99, the insurance is optional. If you opt out of the insurance, we will not be responsible, nor will we reimburse or replace any item that is lost or damaged in transit. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

If your order totals $200.00 and up, insurance is required and is automatically charged at a rate of $1.00 for each $100.00 (or fraction thereof).

Reports of damage or lost items must be made to us and the shipping company immediately. If you believe your item is lost, you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days internationally (60 days to Italy). You may file a claim immediately for damaged items. The damaged items must remain available for inspection until the claim is finalized.

Returns

Returns are permitted under the following conditions.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. A Return Authorization Number may be requested within 15 calendar days of the original order. No returns will be accepted on opened items. Any visible damage as a result of shipping must be reported immediately to the carrier in accordance with their policies.

All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of your receipt of a Return Authorization Number. Items received after 10 days will be refused. PLEASE NOTE: When returning product it is highly suggested to use a trackable shipping method. The RA number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the package.

Unopened Product: If the supplier's factory seal is intact, you may return an unopened product for exchange or refund within 15 calendar days of your invoice date, subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or the original cost of shipping, whichever is higher.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee up to 30%, and possibly a refusal of your return.
